Planned outcomes
It is expected that at the end of the programme each participant:
В· Has guided an improvement project that added more than R1m to the bottom line.
В· Has the full toolkit that enables effective TOC facilitation.
В· Is an effective TOC facilitator that can guide other improvement projects.
В· Is an educator of TOC knowledge at all levels of the organization.
В· Is recognized by Goldratt Schools as TOC Expert and TOCICO as implementer.
